Individual Supervision
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Board Supervisor. I am currently accepting LMSW who are seeking supervision for licensure in the state of Maryland.
My Approach
As a psychotherapist, I have developed an individual approach to treating my clients to fit their needs and appropriate clinical approach. With nine years of experience. I have worked with clients of all ages and various diagnoses. As we work together, you will develop the necessary skills to address grief, stress- management, poor frustration tolerance. You will also develop skills to build healthy relationships, navigate trauma, manage anxiety, manage depression and address post-partum mood disorders.
My main approach is talk therapy paired with the use of various interventions such as CBT, Stress Management, Strength Based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy. I am Certified in Perinatal Mental Health as well as a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional.
