I understand the emotional complexities and mood disorders that can arise during this significant life transition.
As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, I am well-equipped to assist you in managing anxiety and related disorders, offering strategies to reduce symptoms and improve your overall well-being.
I have experience working with individuals facing a wide range of issues, including grief, poor frustration tolerance, relationship difficulties, trauma, and depression. Together, we will address these challenges and work towards your personal growth and healing.
